I was unable to sign in using my user name and password from the old site. Will I have to create a new account?

     Yes. Unfortunately, we were unable to transfer over all of the old customer account information from the old site. Your main account is still stored in our systems here, but you will have to create a new online account. We believe you will be so pleased with the new site and the new user friendly account management that you will be able to overlook the minor inconvenience of creating a new account at the beginning.
